INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

At this time, we do not offer size exchanges for international orders.

 

Returns:

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

 

  • Unworn

  • In perfect condition

  • With original tags attached

  • With the hygienic liner intact

 

 

Sale and promotional items are non-returnable.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund for the product’s value through the original payment method.

 

Important:

We do not issue refunds for packages that are rejected, abandoned at customs, or undelivered due to lack of contact with the courier.

Couriers usually make multiple delivery attempts. We recommend tracking your package and contacting your local courier if you won’t be home.

 

Can I choose a different shipping method?

At the moment, we only ship via DHL and FedEx due to their reliability and speed.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?

No. Orders are processed automatically in our logistics system and cannot be modified or canceled.

 

What customs fees will I have to pay in my country?

Each country has its own regulations. Duties, taxes, or customs charges depend on the order value, product type, and destination. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

 

What if I reject the package or don’t collect it?

If a package is rejected or abandoned, we cannot issue refunds. It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate the receipt of their order.
